5:30 PM church groups arrive & check-in, unload bags, hang out in the game rooms
6:00 Our youth ministry teens begin arriving & head to the game rooms
6:30 Dinner in the Ground Zero Auditorium
7:15 Orientation Meeting in the Ground Zero Auditorium
7:45 Project: RAKE opening evening service begins (games, worship, message)
8:30 Small Groups
9:20 Free time for students... Crew chiefs go over final details of job sites
10:00 In Rooms
10:20 Lights out

7:00 AM Crew chiefs and adults meet at the garage to pick up materials & ask final questions about their sites
7:30 Students wake up & pack stuff up to bring upstairs to the GZ rooms
8:05 Adults get their breakfast & meet for a meeting
8:10 Students eats breakfast
8:45 Teens clean the church
9:10 Break into crews in GZ Auditorium, as we dismiss you, take your crew to the sanctuary and brief them as to what they will be doing there
9:15 Everyone meets in sanctuary for church worship service
10:00 Pickup lunches, water coolers & depart for job sites Eat bag lunches on site at crew chief's discretion
4:40 Rake garage parking lot closes to new traffic
5:00 Everyone meets for dinner in the GZ Auditorium, adults sleeping at the church meet with Drew and Jeff
5:45 Leave for the YMCA to shower
5:45 Crew chiefs meet with Drew and Jeff
7:00 Leave YMCA & return to the church
7:10 Small Groups
7:45 Evening Service in Sanctuary
8:45 Free Time
